WHO WE ARE
Born from a game jam in 2022, LEVEL 126 is a small, remote-based, indie studio from Perth, Western Australia.
MAKES GAMES PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOVE
We aim to make unique, exciting, full-of-heart games that stand out. We want every game we release to feel personal, polished, and meaningful.
BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS
The goal is to build a sustainable indie studio that grows beyond Perth, with a reputation that reaches across Australia and beyond. We’re in this for the long run, not just to finish a game, but to keep creating, growing, and leaving colourful marks for years to come.
MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE
That means a work culture that’s fair, supportive, and fun. We want to lift others up, open doors for people trying to break in, and give back to the game dev community we’re proud to be part of. Whether it's mentoring new devs, sharing knowledge, or just having a nice chat, we want this industry to feel a little kinder because we were part of it.

TETHER BRAWL
An action-packed, top-down, 2-player game set in a sci-fi world with a hint of cuteness, animal players are connected by a tether and must fight in an arena against waves of killer robots. Will you work with your partner to survive or betray and outplay them for a higher score?
TETHER BRAWL began in Jan 2022. It started as a small project from the 2022 Global Game Jam, where several university students got together to make a game with the theme for that year, "Duality". Since then, development has continued, with SCREENWEST coming in to support it through the Digital Games Production Fund and released in March 2025.
We are proud to have had Screenwest's support in developing this game until release.

TETHER BRAWL x PLE COMPUTERS COLLAB
LEVEL 126 was also involved with a collaboration between the well-renowned PLE Computers along with other Perth game developers. In a joint-effort, we designed custom UV-printed PC cases based on our games and promoted this new service that PLE offers.
